The Mercer Island Women’s Club will host local, award-winning author Kelli Estes for its annual community luncheon.

The event is open to the public and will take place on Tuesday, March 14th, from 10:30 am to 2 pm, at Covenant Shores on Mercer Island.

A Washington native, Estes latest book is The Girl Who Wrote in Silk, a USA Today Bestseller. Estes has been the recipient of the PNWA Nancy Pearl Award and the Women Fiction Writers Association Star Award.

Estes grew up near Yakima, Washington, and attended Arizona State University where she earned a degree in Business Management.
