Aljoya Mercer Island

Aljoya offers several rooms for different types of gatherings and can accommodate both large and small events. Non-residents can rent these rooms as well. Their board room is available to rent for board meetings, private dinners, or small gatherings of up to 18 people. If you’d like to host a movie showing, a lecture, or a group meeting of up to 32 people, you can rent out their Theater Room. Their Conference Room is their biggest room and is perfect for workshops or conferences with an expected attendance of up to 110 people.
Mercer Island Beach Club

The Beach Club is available to rent for weddings, family reunions, banquets, religious celebrations, and smaller meetings. The clubhouse has a beautiful view of Lake Washington and an outdoor balcony. You can easily use their on-site rental items (tables and chairs) as well as enjoy access to their prep kitchen.
Mercer Island Community & Event Center

The Mercer Island Community & Event Center features a variety of spaces for rent that come equipped with state-of-the-art technology, free wireless internet, and spectacular Lake Washington and Cascade Mountain views. This venue is great for weddings, birthday parties, off-site business meetings, corporate day retreats, trade shows, conferences, workshops, training classes, or lectures. There are five meeting and event rooms, including the Mercer Room, a multi-purpose room that seats up to 225 people. They also have an outdoor terrace and a full-catering kitchen.
Mercer Island Public Library

The Mercer Island Library offers a large meeting room (capacity of 64) and a conference room (capacity of 11) to rent. The large meeting room is popular for children’s events, including parties and musical performances. The conference room is great for business or volunteer meetings. You can also book small study rooms for up to 2 hours per day. Meetings must be open to the public and can only be booked once per month. These reservations can be made up to 12 weeks in advance and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mercer Island Parks / Picnic Facilities

If you’re looking for an outdoor venue for your event, book it at one of Mercer Island’s parks, perfect for weddings, birthday parties, team celebrations, and other social gatherings. Their picnic facilities can accommodate parties of up to 150 people, either at the Aubrey Davis Park Picnic Shelter or Luther Burbank Park (three areas). Weddings can be held at the amphitheater or Calkins Point, and these locations includes 6 hours of park use.
Stroum Jewish Community Center

The Stroum Jewish Community Center has seven rooms to choose from to host your religious celebrations, birthday parties, performing arts events, speakers, or large meetings. The rooms include a gymnasium, indoor pool, a community garden, and a newly renovated auditorium. Their auditorium can seat up to 250 for a banquet, or 350 for theater seating, and the rental comes with chairs, tables, lighting, and a maintenance staff on site.
Mercer Island VFW Hall
1836 72nd Avenue SE
Host your event at a historic landmark! Keewaydin Clubhouse at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall is a National Historic Landmark, listed on the National and State Registers of Historic Places, and the local Mercer Island Historical Society roll of historic properties. Their spacious clubhouse is especially popular for dances and is available to rent for events of up to 125 people. Security deposits will be required to reserve the event.
