Description

Three centuries ago, English author Daniel Defoe, inspired by a true story, penned a tale of a man shipwrecked on a deserted island. The man survived by his wits, his hope, and help from a loyal companion whom he rescues. Explore the themes that still resonate today. Film historian, Lance Rhoades will lead the lecture followed by Q & A.
