Description
Meet the artist Noble Golden at the Friday Art Walk. Noble returns with her newest works in precisely folded Japanese, Thai, and French papers embellished with encaustic, metal leaf, fiber and beading. This collection of complex geometric designs are an evolution from her early fibre weavings. Each work is a unique composition in one, two or three panels.
As a tribute to the grand re-opening of the Seattle Asian Art Museum, Clarke & Clarke is presenting a collection of vintage and antique containers and baskets from China, Japan, as well as from Africa, NW Coast, Indonesia and Panama.
Refreshments will be served. Ask for a Golden Fortune Cookie if you are purchasing one of Noble Goldens art works on Friday or Saturday!
