Clarke & Clarke Art + Artifacts presents “Ten Thousand Folds,” a solo exhibition of new works in unique paper compositions by North West Designer Craftsmen artist Noble Golden.
In this opening Noble introduces a collection of complex designs utilizing folded paper, encaustic, metal leaf, thread and beading. She has transitioned and evolved her craft from textile weaving to the exclusive use of paper. Each work is a precise combination of folded and layered paper embellished to create one-of-a-kind textures and patterns. The results are balance, intrigue, subtlety and stunning detail.
