Join Stroum Jewish Community Center (SJCC) and Temple Emanu-El Streicker Center as they present Women Inspiring Women, a series of multifaceted women from dramatically different backgrounds to answer that question, to explore the role of heroines in their lives, and to talk about what has helped them become the women they are.
On Tuesday, March 2nd, don’t miss Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz. The first Jewish female to be elected to the US Congress from Florida, Debbie Wasserman Schultz has represented the state’s 23rd congressional district since 2005 and is the former Chair of the Democratic National Committee. She is a tireless advocate for issues important to women and girls and the author of For the Next Generation: A Wake-Up Call to Solving Our Nation’s Problems.
