The Scooty Fund was founded in March 2018 in honor of Will “Scooty” Taylor, who died by suicide in March 2017. In efforts to help other young adults cope with mental health struggles and painful emotions, Will’s sister Kasey and four mental health advocate friends founded TSF, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The Scooty Fund developed its mission to promote, support and advance culture surrounding mental health and wellness in ways that enhance the lives and well-being of young people.
