Fun. Adventure. Challenge. Leadership. Teamwork. Skill building. Scouts provides all these things and more. It is a fantastic program that gives kids, ages 11 and older, the opportunity to challenge themselves physically on hikes and campouts, mentally through working on merit badges, and socially by giving to the community through service. Come learn what scouting is all about at Troop 457’s informational event (fun activities included!) on Tuesday, November 12th, from 7:15 to 8:15 pm at Emmanuel Episcopal Church. This event is geared for 5th graders and middle schoolers. Kids and parents welcome. Troop 457 is a vibrant and diverse community of youth.
