The Mercer Island Christmas Tree Lot, benefitting Mercer Island Youth & Family Services (MIYFS) and Mercer Island Lions Club charitable giving, opens on Saturday, November 30th.

Shoppers can choose from Noble and Douglas Firs from 5 ft to 10 ft tall. The trees are sourced from Hunter Christmas Trees, a family-operated farm since 1948 located near Olympia, WA.

The lot is located at the former Tully’s Coffee location at 7810 SE 27th St on the north end of Mercer Island. Starting on November 30th, the lot will be open Thursdays and Fridays, from 3 pm to 7 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 am to 5 pm, through late December.

The following volunteers are needed:

  • Elf – Match customers to their trees and re-stock
  • Chainsaw operator – Trim trees
  • Loader – Lift and tie trees onto customers’ cars

Payment by credit and debit cards only; no cash transactions, please.
