A Coveted North End Enclave
A coveted enclave of approximately 40 properties, Faben Point is located north of the I-90 bridge. It represents the northwest tip of Mercer Island’s “Gold Cost,” a west-facing stretch of premium island waterfront property.
Many of the luxurious waterfront estates in Faben Point enjoy sprawling low-bank waterfront with private moorage – some with pools and sport courts. The neighborhood also has easy access to I-90, parks, and Mercer Island’s downtown amenities.
Faben Point was named after Vincent Faben, an attorney who owned property in this private waterfront enclave in the early 1900s.
