Fruitland is a jewel of a waterfront neighborhood on Mercer Island and is very private with no thru-streets. Fruitland Landing, a public waterfront landing, is located here and is a perfect spot for a picnic or for pushing off a kayak, canoe, or paddleboard onto Lake Washington.
