Island Glen and Dawn Villa are cul-de-sac neighborhoods located directly west of Island Crest Park and Island Park Elementary school.

Not to be confused with the Dawn Vista neighborhood located on the east side of the island, Dawn Villa properties are located off of SE 61st St. The Island Glen properties are those located off of SE 57th and SE 59th Streets.
