Lakeview Highlands is a beautiful neighborhood on Mercer Island’s west side and home to Paul Allen’s estate and some of the Island’s most beautiful waterfront homes.
Located just south of Groveland Park, the entrance to this neighborhood is marked by two wide white-brick pillars. The neighborhood of approximately 100 homes flows in a circular loop with multiple lanes extending off the main loop.
