Landsdowne Lane

While the first homes in this neighborhood date back to the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, many of the homes on Landsdowne Lane and those of several surrounding cul-de-sacs were built in the 1970s. Most of these homes feature traditional architecture, and many were built by Bill Buchan, a prolific Mercer Island builder at that time.

This conveniently located mid-island neighborhood is located directly north of Island Park Elementary school and walking trails provide access behind the school to Island Crest Park.
