Madrona Crest is one of the island’s oldest neighborhoods with original homes in this neighborhood dating back to the 1940s and 1950s. This neighborhood has transformed since then as small cottages on large lots have been replaced by newer, larger homes.
Centrally located on the north end, this neighborhood is minutes to Mercer Island Town Center, Mercer Island High School, Northwood elementary school, Mary Wayte Pool, Homestead Field, Luther Burbank Park, and the Mercer Island Library.
