Mercer Island Estates is the largest South End neighborhood located just south of the QFC shopping center and Mercer Island Country Club.
This planned community was built in the late 1960s and early 1970s and includes homes in a variety of styles, including mid-century modern, traditional, and Northwest contemporary. With wide streets and plenty of cul-de-sacs, this neighborhood is popular with families who also enjoy Wildwood Park and its proximity to the nearby South End shopping center.
