Mercer Terrace

Explore +

Tucked just west of The Lakes, Mercer Terrace and the nearby lanes and neighborhoods offer a quiet and private remove, a bit of charm of old Mercer Island, and also wonderment and admiration of the beautiful large estates that rarely come available on the market.

Development of this neighborhood began in the late 1950s and has continued throughout the decades with custom homes and newer boutique developments, including Magnolia Place (2000s), and just recently with Cayson Fields (2020s).

A cut-through path from SE 76th St to the adjacent Lakes neighborhood provides convenient access for students walking to Lakeridge Elementary School and Islander Middle School (there are two additional cut-through paths from the Lakes neighborhood to the school district properties).
