Mercerwood is a large hillside neighborhood that was the first Mercer Island development constructed after WWII. As such, it contains many mid-century homes, as well as larger contemporary and craftsman-style homes, built to enjoy spectacular East-facing views.
Mercerwood Drive winds from SE 40th Street down to East Mercer Way, ending at the Mercerwood Shore Club, a beach club popular with the neighborhood for its proximity and many amenities, including a new fitness center, pool, tennis courts, playground, beach, and more.
