North Mercer neighborhoods line the northern shore of Mercer Island along North Mercer Way. They include Mercer Park and Mercer Park Lane, Sunnybank, Bell-Air Park, Sterling Cove, Fruitland, and El Dorado Beach Club.
Luther Burbank Park, the heart of the North Mercer community, is the most popular waterfront park on Mercer Island. The 77-acre park offers a swimming beach, a large playground, tennis courts, a dog park, walking trails, a public boating dock, an amphitheater, picnic tables, and green open space.
Covenant Shores, a retirement community, is also located along North Mercer Way on over 12 acres of North Mercer waterfront.
