Fourteen lanes extend from 84th Ave SE, a conveniently located north-end neighborhood adjacent to Upper Luther Burbank Park.
Most homes in this neighborhood were built in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Parkridge and Sedgwick Lane are original developments in this area and include a variety of mid-century and traditional homes – many that have been updated and remodeled throughout the years.
Newer developments include Summerwell and Sunset Ridge. Summerwell is a development of 16 homes completed between 2016 and 2019, located on the former 5-acre Coval property. Sunset Ridge is a development of 5-homes by RKK Construction, completed between 2008 and 2012.
This neighborhood has easy access to Luther Burbank Park, Mercer Island Town Center, and I-90.
