Tiger Garden recently switched its lunch menu out for a Hong Kong-style dim sum, offering a variety of popular options – shrimp dumplings, pork siu mai, and custard buns in the steamed section; and pan-fried radish cakes, red bean sesame balls, and crab Rangoon in the fried. On the menu’s other side, you’ll find steamed rice rolls, including the crispy-soft rice roll stuffed with a Chinese donut.
The menu in the evenings offers classic selections including General Tso’s chicken and Mongolian beef and Sichuan specialties, like Chongqing red pepper chicken, dry sautéed string beans, and fish fillet with pickled cabbage.
The restaurant interior is elegant and modern, a dark but pleasant space with a clean wood floor and peach walls mounted with large photos and paintings.
