Faben-Point
With a recent $4 million price drop, this picturesque waterfront listing off Mercer Island’s north-end Faben Point is catching some local media attention.

Patti Payne, real estate columnist for the Puget Sound Business Journal, recently wrote about the estate, now priced at $12 million, sharing seller Vera Fiorito’s story of raising her family in the Mercer Island home and living at the estate for the past seven decades.

Built in 1956, the 5,230 square-foot home is reminiscent of Tuscany with its brick-and-stucco exterior and ornate landscaping. It sits on 1.3 acres surrounded by gardens with a sprawling lawn down to Lake Washington. The property also includes a guest cottage and cabana just steps from the 112-foot lakefront.
