The Mercer Island Arts Council is evaluating current programming and initiatives and wants to hear from the community through a brief survey. With limited resources, they want to make sure their work continues to provide impact and value to the Mercer Island community. Their goal is to capture feedback to inform their 2021-2022 planning process, which will kick off early next year.

The survey is brief, open to all community members, and available in an online and a print version. Here are details:

Online Version
Access the survey via your computer, tablet, or smartphone here: www.surveymonkey.com/r/artscouncilsurvey2019. The survey should take less than 7 minutes to complete, and your responses will automatically be recorded.

Print Version
The survey is also available in print form, which you can access in two ways:

• Download and fill out the PDF: Arts Council 2019 Community Survey 
• Pick up a hard copy at the Mercer Island Gallery at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center.
