More information from Parent Edge:
Teens today are 40% less empathetic than they were 30 years ago – impacting children’s academic performance and leading to bullying behaviors. The trend also correlates with more cheating and less resilience as well as hampering our children’s ability to collaborate, innovate, and problem solve. Hear from an internationally renowned educator about the forces causing the Empathy Crisis and learn strategies to raise empathetic, courageous, caring children with skills to thrive in our 21st century, digitally driven world.

Dr. Michele Borba is an internationally recognized expert and author on children, teens, parenting, bullying, and moral development. Her work aims to help strengthen children’s character and resilience, build strong families, create compassionate and just school cultures, and reduce peer cruelty.

For parents of children of any age and students in grades 5 through 12.
