The Starbucks Coffee store located in Mercer Island’s south end QFC shopping center is currently closed as it undergoes a major renovation project.

A flyer on the front door indicates that the store will re-open in September, reminding customers of the Starbucks kiosk located inside the nearby QFC, along with the island’s two north end store locations:

Mercer Island Starbucks Drive-Thru
7620 SE 27th St
Mercer Island, WA  98040

North Mercer Starbucks Cafe
(located in the Islandia Shopping Center)
7695 SE 27th St
Mercer Island, WA  98040

Plus, don’t forget you can also get your favorite espresso drinks at New Seasons Market and Sano Cafe, along with Stumptown drip coffee and cold brew at Homegrown. Alas, the island’s south end residents will have to travel to the north end for these options.

We look forward to seeing the store’s new and improved interior!
