Want to burn some calories in advance of your Thanksgiving Day meal?  Here are some great options:

2.  Turkey Day Indoor Cycle Extravaganza – Join USAT Certified Triathlon Coach, and MI Athletic Club owner Ginny Pietila for this indoor cycling class that will get your Thanksgiving holiday off to an energetic start.

3.  Thanksgiving Day Half-Marathon Fun Run – Islanders Stu, Dave, Chris and Kevin invite you to join their annual Thanksgiving morning run around the island starting at 7:30 am at the Mercerwood Shore Club.

4.  Jazzercise HIIT ClassKick your Thanksgiving up a notch with this Jazzercise HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class!  Bring a friend and/or family member to sweat, smile and burn calories before your feast. 

5.  Turkey Trot – A casual five-mile run looping around the South End of Mercer Island.  An annual affair, rain or shine – the group meets at Island Park Elementary at 8 am.  Bring kids, dogs, family, and friends.
