Thrift Store 43rd Anniversary Sale

School’s Out Camps at the J

When school’s out, the J is in! There are a variety of full and half-day camps during school breaks. Each day features activities centered on a special theme, plus kids will swim, play in the gym, and enjoy arts and crafts.

SixThirTeens

SixThirTeens is a community service group for Jewish 6th-12th graders in the Seattle area. Their goal is to have fun while performing mitzvot (good deeds). There are no membership or attendance requirements – serve one time or every time! In honor of Veteran’s Day, they will be writing letters of thanks and encouragement to veterans.

Bullying and Kids: Strategies for Dealing with Bullying

Book Fairs at Island Books

Island Books will be hosting Book Fairs for local schools on Mercer Island from November – December. If you mention the school’s name at checkout, Island Books will donate 20% of your purchase to that school! So start your holiday shopping and support your local school!
