Special Holiday Art Walk at Clarke + Clarke
Friday, November 24, noon – 5 pm
Clarke + Clarke Art + Artifacts, 7605 SE 27th St Suite 105

Clarke + Clarke will be hosting a special all day art walk (with bubbly as usual). Come see “The Art of Personal Embellishment,” featuring two collections from their favorite wearable art designers, Hollyce Phillips and Dixie Stanton.

Hollyce Phillips creates one of a kind designs painted on silk/cashmere or viscose. A San Diego artist who transitioned from King 5 broadcast journalism and video production to painting, print making, and fashion, Hollyce hand paints each scarf in her collection — these works of art are wearable or can be used for creative in home decor.

Dixie Stanton is a local studio jeweler who recently retired after 38 years of creating unique and highly artistic jewelry in silver, copper, gold, gems, and found objects. Her style is timeless, contemporary and collectible. They will offer pieces from her last collection, which was produced just before her retirement. Her famous whimsical and sought after “Fettuccine” necklace will also be available, along with an award winning mixed-metal, linked squares bracelet, as well as bangle bracelets and her artistic earrings.
