This session will be led by Caroline Zaworski and Shakur Sevigny. Caroline spent fifteen years as a hospice nurse and five years in oncology and now works as an Advance Practice nurse with the palliative care team at Salem Health (Oregon). Shakur is a spiritual care counselor with Kindred Hospice who supports people from all faiths (and none) in the final weeks of their lives.
