About Julie, Todd & Family – New Mercer Island Residents

Julie is Mercer Island’s new City Manager. She and her family recently moved to Mercer Island from Daly City, CA, a suburb of San Francisco, where she served as Assistant City Manager. Prior to that role, she was City Manager for Shoreline, Washington.  Todd Fiala is an Engineering Manager at Facebook. Their three boys have recently enrolled in elementary school, middle school, and high school on Mercer Island.
